ROSEMETIK operates an online store offering cosmetic and personal-care products.

2. Products

We make reasonable efforts to present our products, descriptions, ingredients, sizes and images accurately.

Because some ROSEMETIK products are handmade or produced in small batches, minor variations in appearance, colour, texture or other characteristics may occur.

Product images are provided for illustration and may appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings.

3. Orders

By submitting an order, you confirm that the information provided during checkout is complete and accurate.

After an order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation using the contact information provided during checkout.

ROSEMETIK reserves the right to cancel an order where fulfillment is not possible, where there is an obvious pricing or product-information error, or where fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected. If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

4. Prices and Payment

Product prices are displayed in Swiss francs (CHF) unless otherwise stated.

The total price, including applicable shipping charges, is displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

5. Shipping

ROSEMETIK currently ships within Switzerland only.

Orders are shipped using Swiss Post.

6. Returns and Refunds

ROSEMETIK does not offer voluntary returns, exchanges or refunds simply because a customer changes their mind.

Damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied or otherwise non-conforming products are handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy and applicable law.

Please review our Refund & Return Policy before placing an order.

7. Cosmetic Products

Please review the product information and ingredient list before use.

Customers are responsible for following the usage instructions provided with or for the product.

Individual experiences with cosmetic products may vary. Personal preferences regarding fragrance, texture, colour or consistency do not, by themselves, constitute a product defect.

If irritation or an unexpected reaction occurs, discontinue use and seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.

8. Availability

Product availability may change without notice.

Because some products are handmade or produced in small batches, an item may occasionally become unavailable.

If we are unable to fulfill a paid order, we will contact the customer and arrange an appropriate refund for the unavailable item.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the ROSEMETIK name, branding, product descriptions, photographs and original website content are owned by or used with permission by ROSEMETIK.

They may not be reproduced or used commercially without appropriate authorization.

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party services to provide payment, delivery and other functionality.

We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
